This sorting and palletizing robot is a 4-axis robot,with an arm span of 540mm, payload of 1kg,position repeatability accuracy of 0.05mm, and no control cabinet. Different from the conventional sorting and palletizing robots, this robot has good collaboration, due to its small payloadload,its speed is fast than collaborative robot. It does not have a control cabinet and uses a tablet computer to program and control via WiFi. So it is a scarce robot in the industry. Because of the low cost, it is very suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing industries. It is used to replace manual labor to do some boring, repetitive and dangerous work in the process of automation, reducing labor costs and reducing management difficulties.
